James Lee Dufour was born on July 3rd, 1933 to Clem and Lillian Dufour in Oklahoma. James and Anna met in the Spring of 1956 and were married October 14, 1957, and on March 1st, 1964 welcomed twin daughters. Jim started his legacy when he launched his plumbing company Mountain High Plumbing, in Vail, Colorado. He retired in 2001 and settled on the Ranch he and Anna built from the ground up, in Allison, Colorado. He and Anna moved to Aztec, New Mexico in 2007, where they enjoyed settling into their new home, gardening, and being with friends and family. James is survived by his devoted wife, Anna Dufour and his 2 daughters, Yvette Johnson and Celeste Dufour, 3 granddaughters, Jessica Quezada, Elizabeth Quezada, and Gabriella Bufanda and great granddaughter Arianna Miller. James was the heart of the family, he taught us the importance of a hard days work, he taught us responsibility and most of all he taught us love. Plans for the celebration of life are pending.
